I am an educator who works in the field of Gifted Education on a variety of platforms.
Teachers:
Package One
– Via zoom or face to face I can tailor programs to suit your student’s needs.
– We have a chat, you send me your class data & lesson/unit of work outline and then I create a unit of work tailored to your classroom needs. This unit will have an outline of what to teach & how to teach it.
– You trial the program or lesson out and we chat again to see if this matched the students needs.
– Further support is offered to write more programs or offer professional development.
Package Two
– Via zoom or face to face I work with staff to upskill them on how to work with the gifted and bright students in their classroom. Together we look at the data, come up with ideas and trial them out.
– Teachers will learn how to use various tools that will best support the children at their school.
Parents:
Package One
– I can help you to advocate for Gifted Education support at your school by getting in touch with your leadership team about your concerns.
Package Two
– I can work alongside you to support your child at home if you are a homeschooling parent. Together we can come up with lesson ideas that best suit your child’s needs and interests.
Extra:
I can provide tailored workshops for your school in the areas of
- How parents can support their gifted child.
- How schools and parents can work together
- How teachers can develop differentiated programs that work in the classroom.
- How to identify Gifted students and cater for their needs.
- Understanding of what giftedness is and how it looks in different schools.
